Three moms-to-be. Three bundles of joy. Three true stories.
A Real Labor of Love.
The Real Labor of Love reality series follows three women – Courtney, DeAnna and Kayla – through their various stages of pregnancy. We are there as they learn the genders of their babies, hear heartbeats, see ultrasounds, deal with changing bodies, take prenatal yoga classes, tours and more. These are their stories. This is their labor of love.

Lovelace Women's Hospital – the first and only hospital in the state devoted to women's health – is growing to meet the needs of New Mexico. Lovelace Women's Hospital, which delivers about 3,600 babies every year, will help your delivery be as comfortable and memorable as possible. We offer moms and babies a broad spectrum of care. Whether you are considering a water birth, natural birth or a traditional delivery, you can feel confident that Lovelace Women's Hospital is here for you.

For many parents, having their baby stay in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is not something they planned or intended. At Lovelace, we want you to know we are here for you and your baby with the best available care. In our NICU, skilled medical and nursing staff care for infants at the age of viability, as young as 23 weeks gestation.
The Natural Birthing Center focuses on a more natural delivery, allowing women who prefer to avoid medications and medical intervention a safe place where they can deliver. Because we aim to offer you a spectrum of choices, you can choose the kind of medical care you would like present during your delivery, including fetal monitoring.
At Lovelace Women’s Hospital, we believe in providing our patients and community the best possible start to parenthood. We have classes to help you have a remarkable birth and parenthood experience.
