Average Completion Timeline:

• Revisions to an existing piece - 2-5 business days (this will vary depending on the length of the piece. i.e. Handbooks, EOC’s, etc.).
• Edits must be received electronically or hand written on piece
• Re-prints - 2-3 weeks
• New jobs - 30-60 days as a result of regulatory review (as needed)
• ADD/DELETE ITEMS ON WEBSITE - minimum of 1-5 days
• NEW WEB REQUESTS - 7-10 days
• Invitations - 2-3 weeks to create and print (depending on print quantity)
• Mailings - 2-3 weeks (includes production, print and mailing)
• Giveaway orders - new orders (6-8 weeks); reorders (2-3 weeks)
• Events (please fill out Event Request Form)
• NOTE: more than 3 rounds of edits may result in delayed completion
