Lloyd Scarrow, MBA, HOM, FACHE, is the new Chief Executive Officer for Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell. Lloyd started in his new position today.
Lloyd brings more than 25 years of health care service to his new role and joins Lovelace from Advanced Surgical Hospital in Washington, Penn., where he was CEO of Acute and Ancillary Services for three years. Prior to this, Lloyd served as Group Vice President of Nueterra Healthcare in Leawood, Kan., where he provided operational guidance and support to Surgical Center Administrators and governing boards based in California, Utah, Nevada, and Texas. He directed corporate business development activities and was responsible for turning around two of the company’s startup facilities. Lloyd has also served as CEO of several hospital facility expansion developments, including TrustPoint Hospital in Lubbock, and Arizona Spine and Joint and Physicians Medical Center in Santa Fe.
Lloyd earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lubbock Christian University and his MBA with certification in Health Organizational Management from Texas Tech University in Lubbock completing Post Graduate Health Sciences Center Fellowship.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and served on a number of boards and community groups including the United Way and the Arthritis Foundation. He has also been a licensed Health Insurance and Variable Investment representative, commercial-rated airline transport pilot, sworn sheriff deputy, and Angel Flight volunteer for medical transports.
