AS A HEALTH care worker and consumer, I would like to express the ease and support I have received from Lovelace Health Plan and its providers during the transition from my ABQ Health Partners provider to another who accepts my Lovelace insurance.
The day I found out about the termination of the contract with Lovelace Health Plan by ABQ Health Partners, I was faced with the need to find another primary care provider. I was given names of providers that day and called their offices to set up an initial appointment. It was that easy.
