City of Albuquerque Seniors Breakfast

Volunteers help make the City of Albuquerque a better place and today those 55 and older were honored with their very own breakfast. The City’s Department of Senior Affairs and Lovelace Medicare Plan held a recognition breakfast for senior volunteers at the Hotel Albuquerque in Old Town and these volunteers do a little of everything. City Director of Senior Affairs, “You’ll find them in hospitals, school and senior centers.” The City says over 12 hundred senior volunteers have contributed to community service over the past year.
