Lovelace Westside Hospital recognized for quality care, community service

Lovelace Westside Hospital at Golf Course and McMahon was listed as on Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2013 list of “100 Great Community Hospitals” which recognizes hospitals based on quality of care and service to the community. Becker’s Hospital Review editorial team selected community hospitals based on rankings and awards from iVantage Health Analytics, Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters),  Healthgrades and The Joint Commission.

Lovelace Westside Hospital also received Quality New Mexico’s top award, the 2012 Zia Award. Recently, it was named to Truven Health Analysics’ 100 Top Hospitals list.

The hospital is part of the Lovelace Health System. In recent years it has added new services including digital mammography, a surgical and medical weight loss program and an inpatient pediatric unit.
