Tschabrun Named CEO at Lovelace Regional

After 25 years of nursing experience and 12 years of progressive managerial experience, Dawn Tschabrun has been named the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell.

Tschabrun has worked to improve the ICU and birthing center and has expanded beds in the emergency department. Her efforts have helped increase customer satisfaction.

Tschabrun is also an avid outdoors lover and serves on the board of Friends of Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, helping to promote memberships and is very involved with the Dragonfly Festival.

Her dedication to animals also expands to horses. As a volunteer with Pecos Valley Horseman, Tschabrun helps host western horse shows for young equestrians.

Previously, Tschabrun was the Region IV Director of the New Mexico Organization of Nurse Executives. In 2009, she become the chief nursing officer at Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell and in 2012 added chief operations officer to her title. Through all of her years with Lovelace she has been a huge proponent of change and improvements. “I believe we provide exceptional care everyday to every patient,” she said. “That’s our goal, that’s our motto.”
