If you have any complaints or concerns, please review the guidelines per facility:

Lovelace Medical Center

Complaints or Grievances including alleged violations of patient rights or alleged hospital Advance Directive non-compliance are to be addressed to the Patient Relations Representative at Lovelace Medical Center, 601 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102, or you may call 505.727.8000 and request to speak with the Patient Relations Representative.

All grievances about situations that endanger the patient, such as neglect or abuse, should be reviewed immediately, given the seriousness of the allegations and the potential for harm to the patient. Contact the House Supervisor at 505.727.2337.

Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital

Complaints or Grievances including alleged violations of patient rights or alleged hospital Advance Directive non-compliance are to be addressed to the Patient Relations Representative at Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital, 505 Elm Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102, or you may call 505.727.8291 and request to speak with the Patient Relations Representative.

Lovelace Regional Hospital Roswell

Complaints or Grievances including alleged violations of patient rights or alleged hospital Advance Directive non-compliance are to be addressed to the Patient Relations Representative at Lovelace Regional Hospital Roswell, 117 East 19th Street, Roswell, NM 87114, or you may call 575.625.3345 and request to speak with the Patient Relations Representative.

Lovelace Women's Hospital

If we have not adequately dealt with your complaint, you may:

  • Contact the Patient Liaison at 505.727.7130
  • Ask for review by the New Mexico Medical Review Association, at 505.998.9898, for quality of care concerns, coverage decisions, or if you wish to appeal your discharge.
