Inpatients
Your physician can refer you to any of Lovelace Rehabilitation Hospital 's specialized inpatient services. Our referral coordinators are available to discuss our services and help match your needs and resources to the most appropriate programs. They will also help determine payment options and available financial resources. Call 505.727.4773 for inpatient referrals to the hospital.

Outpatients
Outpatient services are available by physician referral. Call 505.727.4725 for outpatient appointments at any of the Lovelace Rehabilitation Center locations.

Outpatient Appointments
We see outpatients from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, call 505.727.4725. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes or more before your first scheduled appointment to allow time to complete paperwork.

Insurance
We accept most insurance plans including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Molina, Medicare, Medicaid, Humana and many more, including all Lovelace Health Plans. Please provide current and complete insurance information so that we can help you get the most from your benefits. We'll be happy to complete and file insurance forms for you. Co-payments, deductible and payment for services not covered by insurance are expected at the time of service.
