How to Find a Provider

If you do not have a Primary Care Physician, please select "Family Medicine" or "Internal Medicine" under Physician Specialty. You can also select from other specialties such as Pediatrics or Gynecology.

To Refine Your Search

You can refine your search by Physician area of interest or search for health-related services such as Counseling or Nutrition by selecting a topic under “Areas of Interest”.

To Find a Physician by Specialty

Select a specialty under "Physician Specialty" and then press SEARCH button.

To Find a Physician by Name

Enter the Physician Last name and then press SEARCH button.

To Search by Health Topic

Use the Areas of Interest drop down menu choices to make a selection and then press SEARCH button,

All Physician Results (Except Searching by Last Name) are Available for Appointments
