Dawn Tschabrun Named New CEO at Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell

Dawn Tschabrun has been named the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell. Dawn has been the Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operations Officer at Lovelace Regional Hospital-Roswell since 2012 having previously served as the Chief Nursing Officer at the facility since 2009. Dawn has 25 years of nursing experience with 12 years of progressive managerial experience.

She has been instrumental in improving efficiencies in the ICU, Birthing Center and improving patient satisfaction scores. She has led efforts to expand services and technology at the hospital, including expanding beds in the Emergency Department. Dawn is very involved in several organizations within the Roswell community including volunteering for and serving on the board of Friends of Bitter Lakes National Wildlife Refuge. As a volunteer for Bitter Lakes she is involved with the Dragon Fly Festival and promotes the organization’s membership efforts.  In addition, Dawn gives her time to the Pecos Valley Horseman, which is a group that hosts Western Horse Shows for young riders. She is active in St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church as a member of the Vestry and serves on the Board for the St. Andrew’s Foundation. She has also previously served as the Region IV Director of the New Mexico Organization of Nurse Executives.
