Lovelace only NM Provider on 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare

 “We are proud to be recognized as the only health care system in New Mexico to win this award,” said LHS President and CEO Ron Stern.

Lovelace Health System had been named one of the “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” in 2014 by Becker’s Healthcare.

Lovelace, which operates six hospitals in New Mexico and employs 4,000 people, was the only New Mexico provider on the list, which Becker’s has published since 2011.

“This model organizes care around the patient, allowing clinical teams to better coordinate and track care,” said Dr. John Cruickshank, CEO, Lovelace Medical Group. “The clinic will provide a central medical home for the patient instead of focusing solely on providing episodic care.”
